In other words, we analyzed average lot size, new construction versus existing home sales, median days on the market, and median sales price.

The Licensed Assistants work 30 hours per week Mon-Friday and then do 6 additional Open Houses (3 Hour Shifts Each) during the month.

Pay is $16 per hour for the 1st 6 months and then moves to $18 per hour after that.

Open House work is paid at $25 per hour
