With all sincerity we are very fortunate to have someone like Doug as one of the Fathers of www.TheCascadeTeam.com. Doug has shown great dedication, personal sacrifice and humility in helping us reach to the point where we are today.

Now Doug and his family are about to move to Arizona and open the newest branch of www.TheCascadeTeam.com in the Phoenix market which will be our third State of operations along with Washington and California. Doug will still perform many of the accounting and payroll duties he currently does, and will be availiable to all of us by phone and e-mail, but non-the-less we will certainly all miss having him here in person!

Despite this, there are government-constructed nuke-proof bunkers, some of the strongest structures made by man, that have lingered on the market without selling, and their prices have been slashed.

One bunker that CNBC has written about has had its price slashed from $4.6 million to $750,000.

Illinois home listed for $2.55 million - Complete with Bat Signal

Usually the Bat signal is spotted in a dark sky over Gotham City. But in one Illinois home listed for $2.55 million, the symbol is found under water on the bottom of the pool.

Although spotting the signal in a pool is pretty uncommon, the story of how it got there is not that strange.

According to listing agent Beau Carstensen, the owners’ son loved Batman growing up, and they decided to surprise him at age 3 or 4 with the graphic at the bottom of the pool.

“A guy came out and freehand drew it, and they [the owners] just kept it over the years,” explained Carstensen. “One of the son’s friends posted it on YouTube later, and that’s when it went viral.”
