 After meeting with a few brokers in the valley and specking to Tonya Eliason I made up my mind that this is where I wanted to work. The fact that she has been here since '97 and the people that know who she is, speak very highly of her and that  cemented my decision on working with her and The Cascade Team. KIRKLAND, Washington (December 6, 2018) – With more plentiful inventory, recently announced increases in lending limits, and moderating prices, prospective home buyers are finding more options around Western Washington, according to industry experts from Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

  • Active Listings up 41%
  • King County inventory surging 135 percent from a year ago
  • Closed sales declined about 15.3 percent from twelve months ago

Kirstin came to the Cascade Team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. In previous years she participated in the startup of three businesses, which she successfully managed before seeking the next challenge. Her most recent venture was into the field of residential real estate, where within the first year she brokered nine transactions. Her thirst for understanding and knowledge drove her to earn several brokerage specific designations at her previous firm, including a Buyer Certified and a Seller Certified designation.
