Welcome To The Cascade Team Dan Cleary!

I am an active real estate investor and also work with the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services. My real estate investment business has inspired me to advance my career in real estate. As of the past few years as a real estate agent, I have truly enjoyed the process and completion of flipping houses.  I am also interested in growing my business as an owner in the vacation rental business.  I was introduced to The Cascade Team from a valued mentor of mine who also works for the company.  I look forward to assisting clients to the best of my ability as an agent with The Cascade Team.

Welcome To The Cascade Team Gresia Bratton!

My passion in real estate was ignited through my own personal experience upon acquiring and developing a property to build a home for my family.

The entire process was both rigorous and challenging; requiring lucrative attention to the details and yet, incredibly rewarding. My background in Banking/Finance, Residential Property Management, and Case Management had equipped me with the much needed experience and relentless hunger for excellence to break ground!

Certainly this experience paved the way to a fundamental understanding of why it is all about you, the client! I have a genuine drive to understand my clients on their terms which naturally allows me to apply the most methodical and…

As Seattle marks a full year as America’s hottest housing market, with no end in sight, recent predictions from housing analysts suggest that the Seattle real estate market could continue to outpace the nation well into 2018, in terms of home price appreciation.

Seattle is now a full year into its reign as the hottest housing market in the country, an unusually long surge that doesn’t look likely to end…

If you own property, here's what you can expect.
