The Cascade Team is looking for an experienced photographer to add to our preferred vender list. We have a Matterport 3D camera that we can lend you to enhance the still photos you take.

Ideal candidate will:

  1. Have experience taking Real Estate Photography

  2. Have their own quality photography equipment

  3. Have good availability and time management skills. (During peak months of March – August we list 20—30 homes per month. We have 1 photographer in place, but this position should be prepared for 8-12 shoots per week)

  4. Be tech savvy. The Matterport 3D camera is fairly easy to use, but does require uploading of the tours via our server and is operated through an Apple iPad interface.

Snoqualmie Valley School Board President Geoff Doy described the designs for the future, re-built Mount Si High School as “a school to be proud of,” saying the schematic plans brought tears to his eyes.

Raised above flood levels; constructed of low-maintenance, durable materials; secure with fewer points of entry; open spaces with stunning views of Mount Si and Rattlesnake Ridge; innovative outdoor roof areas; street level/under building parking; a compact, streamlined design influenced by the needs of students, teachers and administrators; a connected yet separate freshman campus. It seems nothing was missed while designing the future Mount Si High School.

While it’s usually the big schools that get all of the notice in the various ranking services, High School Football America believes that there’s great level being played at all levels of the game.  That’s why, beginning this year, we’re adding a Medium Schools and Small Schools Top 25 to our National Top 25.  All of our polls are created with our proprietary algorithm.

This year, the #1 Medium School is Eastside Catholic from from Sammamish, Washington.  The Crusaders also finished #23 in our national poll.

This past season, Eastside Catholic won its second straight Washington Class 3A title by overcoming a 28-point second half deficit to beat Bellevue 48-42 in overtime.

A real-life gingerbread house! Known for her amazing themed home decorations, Christine McConnell showed her holiday spirit with this giant gingerbread house makeover. The incredible décor took a staggering effort of seven full 15-hour days of work to complete.
