The Cascade Team is happy to announce its 3D Walkthrough feature that utilizes Matterport’s 3D technology and cloud services and that will be offered for all Cascade Team agent-listed homes for sale.

KIRKLAND, Washington (Nov. 5, 2014) – Home buyers are back, and they’re savvy and selective, according to officials who commented on the latest statistics from Northwest Multiple Listing Service. For sellers, that means pricing a home correctly at the start is vital, said industry veteran Kathy Estey, a member of the MLS board of directors.

The new report summarizing October activity shows year-over-year gains in new listings, pending sales, closed sales and prices.

A Halloween Treat! 3D Virtual Tour Camera in in!

We are very excited to announce that our 3D Matterport Virtual Tour camera has arrived. Over the next week we will be learning how to properly use the camera and then the week on November the 10th you should be able to start booking 3D Virtual Tours. We have 2 photographers ready to use the camera and who will be on call. Janet is also already working on marketing materials for this: “State-of-the-art 3D Virtual Tours and floor plans AND a 1% Listing Commission!”

I know several agents are already including this technology in their listing presentations. With Redfin pushing this on TV more and more people are becoming aware of this technology and so we are very happy to be able to include in out portfolio here at The Cascade Team!
